it was very basic but exactly as expected, value for money.

the facilities were a bit old but clean, there was also some smell of smoke in the corridors.

Good bed and clean for one night!

Staff without English and the street so dark and ugly , just close to a bus stop

Room smelled lightly like cigarettesStaff English is very low. We asked for a taki for the very early morning, the night before' they had not booked it. Morning staff helped to call one at the last minute.

Good location and 24hrs front desk allowing my very late check-in (around 1am). Friendly staff.

You can hear literally everything from the hallway and rooms close by. Bring ear plugs.

Great place to stay, really clean & tidy.Was the perfect stop for the night to catch a bus onwards to Ho Chi MinhThey even helped us at counter print off our e visas. Very friendly & accomadating staff :) Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

the room was very large and has all the amenities you will need

the staff were so unhelpful, they didn’t know if we had paid ahead of time (we had) so they were trying to charge us extra and it took 15 minutes to check us in because of this. They also state they offer laundry service as well as free printing which we needed for our visas but when we asked them to do it they couldn’t help. when we asked about the laundry service they simply nodded their head in a direction which meant we had to find our own shop. such a shame as the room was very good value for money

Unfortunately I didn't get to indulge in the breakfast because of time, but my friends enjoyed it.

The window by my room was located next to a passage way where people could smoke and that smell isn't good coming into a room. The smell can get on clothes.

Hotel location at the central of Phnom Penh, around 5 mins walk from bus stop, Olympic market. The room is very clean and staffs is friendly. I will stay here when I back to Phnom Penh.

Staff help us and offered to switch rooms after complaints. The room we got after complaining was a lot cleaner.

Bidet was dripping, shower was very mouldy also the showerhead was disgusting. There was trash left in the room from previous guests (?) When we tried to go to sleep we heard rats running in the ceiling.

The staff was friendly and respectful. The wifi worked ok.

The room was not clean, there were spiderwebs all over the wall, meaning that it hadn't been cleaned in ages. I had never seen such a thing in a hotel room. There were also hairs in the bathroom, and the staff, while friendly, did not speak much english at all. Location could also be a bit better.

i like the place coz downstairs has mini groceries and coffee shop and also has restaurant,no need to go out side to find for your meal..

i didn’t like the cigarette smells on the hallway or sometimes it will get inside your room.

The staff were very helpful.

The bathroom was not entirely clean as there was mould growing around the basin.
